I have an Arrma Granite blx with a 36mm motor and the stock heat sink is very good. I'll post a link below.

Idk for sure but I think the heat sink is 30mm. And I have a few buddies with this cooling fan and they say it works great at keeping temps down.

Any 540 size should fit a 36mm motor
