What did you break today?

Shock rod end broke trying to hit that 70mph. Anyone know of aluminum kit for these? Still trying to wrap my head around how it broke, only did a couple tumbles in the grass.

Chances are that it was already weak and just needed a little push to get finished off.
 
I hit a curb, there I said it ha. Misjudged distance of course, fun grippy tires on this thing for sure.
It happens. Good on you for owning it. Too many people will say it just happened when running down the road, lol ?
 
Just a steering block on my v4 Kraton yesterday. FInally, after the 4th time the same pivot ball popped and me scratching my head as to why it kept doing it, I spotted the crack in the block. Was first time jumping on 6S though so managed to get a few successful back flips in (as well as plenty of cringeworthy failed attempts!) before I called it a day as I was spending more time putting the ball back in than driving, so still had a cracking session and still in shock at how fast it is on 6S.

Met up for a bash with @Lorenzo_arrma_army early this afternoon. Decided to put in my 1M center dif finally. Was having a blast with the singles and doubles off a nice bank at a local bmx track, but the last one was brutal. Truck locked up about 20 to 25 feet in the air and came crashing down on it's roof. Good news, no damage to the truck itself, body popped out easily. Bad news, the motor seized and that's why it locked up mid air. That's BLX 185 2050 kv #3 for me since November last year. So was it the 1M in the center? 15 tooth, punch 8. Should I have lowered the pinion or the punch? Need to know because the truck was so smooth in the air until that point.

Check your diffs, when my Hobbywing 2200kv locked up mid air it took out my front and rear diffs.
I've had 2 of my BLX185 motors just up and die on me as well. The last one literally let go when I went off my first jump...... Wasn't even running for a minute.
 
2nd to last ditch effort to get these replaced ? maybe Mac will warranty it for me ?

Is that a Torx bit? Where do you use that?
It is. Rounded off the screw in the axle in attempts to pull off the hexes, that torx is just slightly bigger so I was hoping it’d give me enough bite.
 
Parts arrived this morning to get back on the road, went to the local skate park to do some back flips and after not actually breaking anything for a change was doing some celebration donuts and blew a tire :(

Any tips on what tyres to replace with? My LHS has Proline something's he suggested over the phone, was going to check them out in the morning.
