Only problem with Pro-line's in my opinion is they have a great track record of coming unglued...? ( my MX buggy tyres are the worst..!! )

Bigger means faster top end..

That was what I used to think too. In my experience, larger wheels means more lift offs. For two reasons really. One your ride height is naturally higher. This allows more air under the car. Two is that a taller tire seems to induce wheelies more. This is true for any sized rig. Put MT tires on a Senton and instant wheelie machine.

First impression is this is so much bigger! The servo wires seem dangerously close to the driveshaft! What is that plastic retainer next to the battery compartment for? A quick glance before I start checking all over tonight, how do I take the red centre brace off? doesn't seem as straightforward as 4S

That retainer thing is supposed to hold your balance plug. I never use it, in case your battery flies out, you will rip off those balance wires (worst case).
Center brace has a screw from the side, you might have to remove the mud guards in the front to get good access.

I just put this exact power system in my kraton with a 20 tooth pinion and its bat $hit crazy! ? Definitely throw a twin fan cooling system on that motor though if your gana run a 18 and up pinion. ??
I got the mother of all kraton upgrades yesterday ???

Nahhh I’m sticking to the short chassis on this one. I do have interest in buying a Limitless at some point and do the Toyota body on that. I’ve been trying to use the GT body from my 3S on the 6S and I think it would be easier for people to know which car is which if I had separate bodies for each. This one will be a gray, green, white, and black trim scheme. Still working on the layout.

Trust me when I tell you this a Kraton 6s is still cheap in this hobby. You can buy 1/5th scale cars that by the time everything is said and done you are in them nearly $4,000.
