Been a really long time since I've been here, feels nice & fuzzy!! I bought two new sets of tires for the Derecho (last one's they had). Then I had to get new batteries for the one I left The Derecho for 3 months (I didn't really expect it to take that long!!)

Yesterday afternoon I bought the upgraded chromoly axles and portal input gears for my TRX-4 High Trail 1979 F150. The fronts were delivered by Amazon at 5:21AM this morning, and the rears are scheduled to arrive Monday. When completed, the gears will be CNC steel vice the sintered steel gears that come stock on the vehicle.

Can't wait for the day the scientists/engineers figure out a way to do this with pure 1:1 electric vehicles...
Where you can simply carry a couple of extra battery packs (*** that you can manually swap out ,without needing to bring along a forklift ***) to give yourself some Extended range.

Added to my arma collection, an outcast 6s exb! Been eyeing it for a while at my lhs, guy bought it new used it twice and couldn't stand to see it flip over and wreck the body so he traded it in. Just my luck I love see them rip themselves to bits! Lol
I used on 6s and just love it!
I liked the rc skin soo much I got one for my x maxx.

Gf bought an orange cooler the other day for 4 wheeler cuz it matches the decals on it. So today she bought a orange pair of shorts and orange hat. She's always hated orange but has to match. Wish us luck finding a orange helmet. females are very strange!!

I don't think the center hex is a weak point whatsoever. No need for aluminum but it is what it is.
As of right now Jconcepts is my favorite,so we'll see what the future brings.

I wish I was as confident as you haha. My only experience with jconcept tires are the mojave landmines and I cracked like 3 out of 4 of those tires. I also saw this

i still like my magmas, the video he says he broken them but looks more like an arm broke letting the driveshaft come out, not able to confirm cause he didn't show, but he said he broke them.., a hard landing is a sure way to break stuff! will have to let time be the judge to see more failures or satisified users

Nah he actually broke it sadly, he talks about it in the next video after that one as well. He did say though that jconcepts shipped him replacements when it happened and in another video he made it seem like if you buy the tires from him he can get you replacements if needed as well. I'm probably going to end up buying em at some point and saying a prayer. The weight is scary AF but they just look so cool
