I wish I was as confident as you haha. My only experience with jconcept tires are the mojave landmines and I cracked like 3 out of 4 of those tires. I also saw this

And he is actually a joncepts dealer now too funny enough
Thats PNW. Ive seen this video. I actually messaged him on ebay to see if he sold extra hex's. Never answered. As far as confidence,Im confident in breaking one sooner or later. 😁
Im considering going with a different wheel and keeping the choppers. I know these will add weight but Im gonna run 12s,so weight isnt a huge concern.

Got home to these!

I have to stop going for small parts!
Get the two parts I wanted and when asked, anything else? I opened up my big mouth and ended up with a limited edition pre painted Camaro drag body, then saw a boat I had been eyeing secretly on sale, and before I could get to the door this brand new damaged box mojave made it's way into my pile! Ouphs! The next time he asked, anything else? ... I quickly lifted both hands to cover my mouth and nodded vigorously side to side. Lol
these this multiply faster than rabbits!

Your going to love the impulse 👍 i would still have mine but it's at the bottom of a pond .😭I hit a rock ,cracked the hull and she sank before I could get to it.☹️ I hope you enjoy yours

Bought a coke/cherry mix Slurpee. Forgot how much I liked them. Also bought one of them gas station pastries in a package that looks bland, the bread looks like a croissant, but it had blueberry filling with cream in it and one stick on sticker with the brand and ingredients. There was an apple one too. Loved that thing whatever the F it was! Snack of Champions!

Yikes! Did your Impulse have foam in it to keep it afloat?
The reason I ask is that I have a Sonic Wake V2 and I can see that they glued foam in the front of the boat but I have no idea if it is enough to keep it afloat if the worst happens, The only way I can think to test it is to take everything out and see if it sinks full of water and even that is not an accurate test.
Did they stick the foam in there to make people fell better or will it really keep it floating if it fills with water?

All of my boats have pool noodles in the hull .up front and sides ,but on this particular one I had just got it and I was anxious to get it out and just didn't put any foam in it .I was going pretty fast and their was a rock under the water and just a tip of it was sticking out ,.I didn't see it and hit it hard enough to where it must have cracked ..and before you know it ,she was gone .I was way out there.i would have never have gotten to it quick enough.i had only my raft with me .no motor ,I'd have to roe out to it.☹️

Oh dear! The impulse does come with usual big chunk of styrofoam in the front, but with massive 160 amp esc 4074 motor then 2 3s lipos ( that don't float ) it is weighs more than it looks it should. Not to mention theres not alot of room to put much more in...maybe I need to keep away from hobby shops and definitely rocks! Going to have to be extra crafty slicing up some pool noodle to fill up all the voids. I broke a flex shaft once and lost a metal prop I had spent days thinning and balancing, and I still look for it when I row my canoe where it flew out, i run in a dug canal for the sea way it gets realy deep fast, no way I'll recover anything that goes under

You mentioned sea? As like a body of salt water? You do know salt water is not good for a RC boat right? Alot of prep and more maintenance is required to operate in that kind of water.. salt destroys the crap out of aluminum, steel, and even brass and copper..trust me ik.. that's why I only run in fresh water..if you do ,make sure you lube your shaft up before and after and get all the salt water out of your cooling lines and jacket..run fresh water through everything after your run if you do..I'm sure you already know this..bearings should also be cleared out.and relubed .self righting boats are a safe way not to worry to much about sinking ships.and use water proof tape around your hatch..don't skip this important step..it's a must..👍

No it's the st Lawrence sea way, all fresh water coming from the great lakes...although I wouldn't want to swim in it for all the pollution it must have. Theres no rocks with a couple feet from the shore but a good current as it makes it's way to the hydroelectric dam, have seen things float by and had my boat hit mystery unseen objects during the many years that I've gone there.

Awesome 😁👍

I’m interested to hear how good this is. I’ve been eyeing up another K4 at the LHS, and the plastic servo savers are crap.
The stock savers works ok but I keep cracking them where the link screws on. Probably from me overtightening it. I've replace a couple now for this. This one has been cracked for a while but now its doing 100mph+ so I don't want to risk it coming apart and losing steering.
