Got notification that the postman had been at my house, but the Scx24 box was too big for the mailbox, so I have to pick it up at local pickup point. But I haven't received pick-up code yet!!! It's been 5 1/2 hours since they where at my house! So I have been waiting for the code to tick in on my phone..... That's what I've done today, after work......

Lots of water traffic today as the weather was gorgeous. St. Johns River, 365 miles long. Dumps back in the Atlantic in Jacksonville. One of the few rivers that flows north. Wanted to get closer to the one gator but Paula wouldn't let me. A few pics. Zoom in on last photo and you'll see that big boy on the bank. Est. 12 footer...I've seen a few nearly 16 ft. I'm guessing. I don't get close enough to measure.

Lots of water traffic today as the weather was gorgeous. St. Johns River, 365 miles long. Dumps back in the Atlantic in Jacksonville. One of the few rivers that flows north. Wanted to get closer to the one gator but Paula wouldn't let me. A few pics. Zoom in on last photo and you'll see that big boy on the bank. Est. 12 footer...I've seen a few nearly 16 ft. I'm guessing. I don't get close enough to measure.

I'm in Boone, Banner Elk and Asheville all the time. Maybe if you end up there we can meet up sometime. I'm from eastern NC originally but grew up in SWVA...Floyd VA. The western part of NC is beautiful! The appalachian mountains are amazing! How are you guys with snow?

Very cool! Lived first 40 years in Michigan. Girlfriends from Newfoundland. These winters will be a cake walk. Want out of FL. Heats unbearable. Miss the seasons. If my house sells, we're there.

Packing up today! 10 hour road trip tomorrow AM for 8 days in the Carolina mountains. A pup on each of our laps the whole trip Bulldog and Otis really want to move there...hates the heat here...I'm with them!

Out side in the sun, running the granite and my son had the dbx. Had a blast at local pumptrack. Lost a dog bone on the dbx, but it worked out ok on pavement.

Now it's dinner at mother-in-law, damage report when we get home, if there is any

Watched my daughter's 1st soccer game. Tamped down dirt over the trench they dug for electric to shed, sifted 3 carts of dirt and built up a few more berms on my track, washed and sent some pics of rocks to Velodromed, napped and about to watch a movie with wifey and son while daughter and her cousin have a sleepover. That was my day.
