Unfortunately it doesn't work for that.. there is no data/ input wire on those small fan pigtails..(only pos. And neg.).... programmer has to be plugged directly into the esc port..

Good to know.I thought I read that on here.Learning alot about these thing as I go.

That connector is missing the data wire (3rd wire). It is plugged into the programming port, but they only supplied a Y-cable with power only. Would have been really nice if they added the 3rd pin and wired it up.
