What is Throttle Sensitivity

The title says it all, I have the BLX ESC and tried all 4 setting for it and it doesn't seem to do anything.

So does anyone know what the Throttle Sensitivity does.

I have not played with that setting but I can only imagine it works like expo does on a programmable transmitter. If you are not familiar, it makes the throttle less sensitive around neutral and more sensitive toward either extreme without affecting end points.
