Granite What model is this exactly?

Hi all. Complete Arrma noob. What model is this? Someone selling one local to me and I'm not sure how much it's actually worth
It's the 4S sticker that's confusing me.....

Looks like a Arrma Mega 4x4 with the 550 12T brushed motor. The body just has some of the extra stickers it comes with applied to it. I suppose the seller could have upgraded it to be 4s brushless so I would ask what upgrades if any have been done if it doesn't state that it's stock.

I just picked up a used Granite mega 4x4 on eBay for 95 bucks + 13 shipping working condition. Search seller name rc4u77, seems they sell mostly horizonhobby returns. They regularly have Arrma Kratons, Outcasts, Sentons, Granites, and Voltages for sale it seems. I was watching several Granite mega 4x4 auctions this last week from this seller and average sale price we as around 120-140. I was lucky and I picked one that has a bad receiver/transmitter that ended at 3am so I snuck in there with minutes to spare to snag the winning bid and got a nice deal ?

What it was originally appears to be a Granite Mega 4x4 but they could have swapped some other parts to make it 4S.
