Im new to the arrma community and people tell me to shim my rear diff of my notorious because it makes a like sound, but I don't know want size shim my rear diffs takes for my notorious. I want to shim the inner ,outer, and Pinon gear to my diffs
Or do you guys have other opinions on fixing this problem?

These are for the inside of the diffs. https://www.amainhobbies.com/mugen-...VHzP1r-oYNQayvHmjUhF9QSyRigib-MQaAuvkEALw_wcB

These are for shimming the crown gear on the diffs https://www.amainhobbies.com/protek-rc-13x16x0.2mm-drive-cup-washer-10-ptk-h-5904/p188792

These are the small shims that go under the outdrive cup and between the pin and oring inside the diffs https://www.amainhobbies.com/arrma-5.4x9.5x0.2mm-shim-8-ara709057/p967265

And I cannot remember what size goes behind the pinion to set the mesh there.

Keep in mind, every dif has slightly different wear. Ideally, you want different thickness of shims so that you can test for smoothness before adding fluid. I prefer to add too much and work backwards. Add shims, assemble dry, test for any grabbing or notchiness (new word). Then open it and bring down the thickness a bit. Test again. Over shimming is as bad as under. As far as the pinion goes, there's a thread on that you can find by searching the forum

Iirc most of those shims are available in 0.01, 0.02 and 0.03 thicknesses. But I can never remember who makes them in what thicknesses without having to look them up.
