Senton What should I use for diff lubricant

Had to make sure I was in the right forum first. Ok....grease is thicker then 7k I would run that.

Yeah, plastic on 3s would be fine with 7k. I think I put 10k in mine last time, but other guys on YouTube I’ve seen go up to like 30k (I think for higher torque usage).

I’ve not had any internal issues with a diff, but I have stripped the inputs 3x and the crown once in the rear. I have the metal replacements almost within my grasp…

The difference between grease and oils is that grease doesn't "flow". In differentials, you need fluid motion. Grease will likely pack to the outsides of the diff case and then cease to perform it's function anymore. I'd run the 7k oil. It won't hurt the diff. if you find you want thicker stuff later, then you can buy a different thickness.
