Kraton What version is this model?

Trying to determine before purchase if this is a v1 or v2? Claims it’s factoy sealed and provided this picture, but states he thinks it has a blue shell. Was the blue Kraton the v1 with the red electronics? Thanks gents. It’s far drive to find out is a v1.
