What voltage to charge each cell to?

Just a quick question, I'm currently using some DXF 4S 14.8V 6500mAh 100c batteries.

Should they be charged to max capacity of 4.2V per cell or as I've read as a general rule lower than that at say 4.1 or 4.15?

4.2 is fine. 4.15 if your overly concerned with lifespan of the lipo. But the way these lipos are used has waaaay more inpact on longevity than if its charged to full or 99%. Do 4.19v if you really want and don't loose sleep over it.
