What would you want to see in a screw parts mat?

Some may know I have access to a big laser cutter and I was thinking of how to make a magnetic screw holder.

I need to do prototyping so wanted input on design

I’m planing on making them 6x10in and selling in pairs. So one can be on each side of your work space.

Each area will be at least 1/2in deep with a magnetic piece on the bottom.
The compartments in that pic is 1x2.5in

This will be changed according to what you guys think.

A small medium and large size maybe be made with this pic being medium.

I may also figure out a lid so they can be held secure.

I’d want a few bigger compartments for diff cases and other bigger parts. In a perfect world they’d be labeled with things like bumper, servo, drive unit, diff, ect so I could place parts, pieces, and hardware all in one labeled spot.

Oh yes that’s what I forgot! I’m going to figure out some whiteboard on top for labeling items

How about some sizing holes and maybe a lil ruler type t area so you can drop the screws in and measure it to make sure you grabbed the right one

Curved bottom in the compartments so you can scoop them out with your fingers easier, maybe shaped like a cylinder split in half laying on it's side.
