Definitely need to replace that at some point. Keep an eye on it for sure.

have two of them coming. had to dremel right through the rear one. that screw was not able to turn despite slotting it... guess my slot sucked.

It's not easy to slot that one. I've done the same on my Rock Rey. I had to basically cut it off.
