But seriously, if you spray it off with water, use WD-40 on the bearings and other metal parts. After the WD-40 dries follow it with a dry lube spray as @Brandon said. WD-40 makes a dry lube that works pretty well.
I use wd40 gel lube excellent stuff,,,can be used on bearings,,,,even on diffs believe it or not,,,no issues here...
