So there has been some discussion on the issue with wheel hex nuts coming loose. I may have found a solution! I ordered these:

Not only are they a perfect fit, they don't come loose, they keep dirt out of the grub screw, and they keep the remaining threads on the hex clean as well. I also had a small issue with the original nut not threading on easily because of the Pro-line wheels I'm using. These have the flange that keep them squarely on the socket. The hexes themselves fit well too, but would require some shims to take up the space.
