Arrma RC's
Turning at maybe 15mph off the throttle and I loose steering. Forward and reverse still work fine. Power off and back on wheels twitch and lock full right. Take apart the servo and all the gears look fine. Is this an electrical problem with the servo? I’m new to RC world and not sure if the ecs would have an effect on this.

There is no binding and the suspension moves freely. Seems like the signal to turn is being lost between the transmitter and servo. This is a 1wk old outcast and warranty isn’t sure what’s up but want me to send in the servo. I just want make sure it’s the servo before I waste my time back and forth with a warranty claim.

Pulled the bottom cover off and and hit it with a blow dryer. Seemed like an electrical problem and after this is started working again. Waterproofed the servo with gutter sealent. I can’t remember the name off hand but if someone is interested I will look. This stuff is better then normal silicone because it’s very flexible so expands with high temp.

This is what I used to waterproof the servo https://m.lowes.com/pd/OSI-Gutter-Sealant/3406438. Goes on clear and is self leaving so it looks better than plasticdip. I will be waterproofing another savox servo with marine grease, dielectric grease and this sealent.
