Where do you charge your batteries?

There is so much energy stored in a lipo especially larger cell packs.Throw in the equation multiple packs in a sealed ammo box and the amount of energy released and pressure multiplies. The outcome won't be nice. It needs to be vented just as a bat safe. Lipo sacks are not sealed and vented by construction with a velcro flap.

There is a difference between removing the seal, which you indeed need to do, and making holes, which you don't need to.
Also, sitting your ammo box on a fire brick might be a good idea.

That said, mines are actually in individual lipo bags, which are then put into a lipo box, which has no seal.
In any case, the best option would be a "bat-safe".

I charge mine outside on a patio made of stone..!! I can watch from a distance and if need be pull the power from a far..??
