I recently installed a kraton exb chassis because I killed my stock talion chassis. Everything fits perfect except for the chassis braces. Do I just need to order chassis braces for a kraton to remedy this? Thanks.

Yeah. That chassis is lonely, waiting for her braces.
Kraton braces fit. 👍
I say M2C is the best bet. EXB braces have been known to sheer off and the EXB chassis will bend. Braces are key. Probably as or even more important than than the chassis.
I say M2C braces.👍👍

Use some CF sleeving over that T2T for additional strength.

Note that the EXB braces require you to drill your current steering plate to fit a 4mm screw. (or you already did that? it looks drilled)
It’s a factory v3-v4 top plate. At least I assume so. I bought it used but looked new. A local guy bought it and said it was too fast for him. So it literally had maybe 15 minutes run time on it when I bought it. I hadn’t even thought to check the front chassis brace hole size. I’ll just see if a m4 screw fits through or not real quick.

As far as braces go with this kraton exb chassis will any brand kraton brace fit front and back or just a specific exb or m2c listed part?

Any brand will fit. only note that the EXB ones (and the m2c version as well i think) have m4 in the front. the rest of the screws are the same.

The newer (EXB or V5) arrma part for the steering plate (the black version) comes with either m3 or m4 hole, so you can mount it 180 degrees to get the other hole depending on you brace screw size. But you can also drill yours if you want to fit an m4 there.
