Which oil grade for my fireteam shocks?

Hi all,i have stock fireteam and when i hit the ground even after 1 meter high jump on a soft sand ,the bottom hit the ground.
I want to change the shocks oil to team associated but I don't know which grade.
Please advise

You do want it to bottom out at some point, I usually tune for around that 1m point.
They come with ~1000cst/80wt. You can find 90 and 100wt. Beyond that, your looking at thin diff oil or changing pistons to something with smaller holes.
