I'm using the one from Tbone Racing....it could be a little heavier, but its great so far.....

Yeah I saw that one also. Looks like an expensive Shelf stand.
Just that for $45., it does the same thing as a block of wood or Yoga block.
It doesn't swivel.

Thanks all, I agree, I use boxes and what not for on the shelf/display etc. This is to work on as I work in a tight space.

The hobbypark stand @SrC linked is just the ticket, weighted and tall, many thanks.

Put some heat shrink on the end of the threaded rod before you screw it in it removes most of the wobble.

The Duratrax stand wobbles worse than the HobbyPark.

Didn’t think of adding heat shrink tubing. Now I’m off to try and find the appropriate size tubing.
