Anyone running the M2C motor mount?

Right basically I’m fitting it to a V4 which isn’t an issue onto the chassis, now I was aware I’d need a different diff cover, as the M2C comes with the diff mount as well I just thought I could put on an Arrma V3 diff over or an aftermarket V3 one.

However the M2C has pips at the top which the V3 mounts don’t?

Am I missing something?

Pics below highlighting missing on V3 and present on the M2C

Many are using it. I just used a v3 gear cover and cage holder. Don’t over tighten it or the cage holder will split. The new Arrma mount has it integrated in so the old one is needed.

So even the V3 diff cover doesn’t have recesses to expect these pips?

I’m using a m2c motor mount with a v3 hot racing cover and a v3 mounting bracket..the V4 roll hoop will work with the v3 bracket,it’s just two long pins

I’m using one. I have a hot racing cover with mine. It is machined out to allow the the nubs to clear, similar to the design of the stock v3 plastic cover.
