Hoping the EXB chassis braces will be fine for my RTR Kraton 6s? Just ordered a set for when the new rig gets here but not sure if they are compatible, can someone help me on this one please?

Yes - however, you will have to drill the top plate to accommodate the larger M4 screw the front brace requires, as well as finding an M4 screw itself, because these parts don't come with hardware

Or you could get the EXB top plate instead of having to drill the stock one

Yep, 100% accurate ... +1

Yas' instructions are correct. It took me 30 seconds to drill out the top plate with a step drill bit. The aluminum is "butter soft". I originally tried looking for an EXB top plate but couldn't find any - but having drilled one out, there is no reason to spend the $$ for one.

Damn it! So is it just the front brace that needs drilled for the m4 screw, or both front and rear? Well anyone have some RTR aluminum braces they'd want to trade for some EXB braces lol?

Just the front brace - you can see where the M4 button head screw is (yes, kill me I used a stainless button head because that’s all I have on hand at the moment)

It really is very easy to drill out

The rear just requires you to take out the screw and replace the factory brace with the exb one.

this is a Talion but it’s the same principle
