hello, i have kraton 6s EXB V2, will these new hubs will fit to my kraton?

Sure will! Exact same part numbers as the V6 EXB, for $9 less, score!
There is one issue though, the pivot balls on the steer links are different since the V6 hubs use "double shear" or captured connections to the pivot balls of the steer links.

V6 is different than V2 EXB. V2 EXB is actually equal to V5 in regards to the front hubs and steer links. Usable, but will require different pivot balls at least. It appears the pivot ball diameter is the same for each though.

I forgot they changed the pivot balls.
 
I should clarify, when I said different pivot balls, I was referring to the steer links pivots, not the pivot (or pillow) balls that hold the hubs to the suspension arms. Those I'm pretty sure haven't changed.
 
Invest a little more in alloy if you're considering the inner bearing upgrade, those aren't easily adjustable.

Yes sir! I did the V6 hub install on my Talion/Kraton build. Got the pivot balls, as mentioned above. They set up nice.

They did change when the Kraton EXB first came out, the old ones had course threads the new ones are fine threads only really effects people who run aluminum a arms.

Correct. And the coarse pitch threaded ones have a shorter thread length. Easy to tell that way. M6x1=C vs M6x0.75=F

Oh I never realized they were shorter. I guess I never paid that close attention. But I have never sat both side by side either.

I noticed it swapping the pillow balls out on my V3 Kraton, that they're shorter & the pitch is different.

I had one of my rigs apart this morning to replace a plastic pillow ball shim on the upper A arm & got the old style pillow ball out, here's a pic, side by side, V5 left vs V3 right. I have a screw pitch gage at work & measured the pitch of each. Fine thread V5 & coarse V3. V5 is a little longer. I didn't think to measure how much before I put it back together. 5mm maybe??

can i just cut the tops off the old balls or drill a hole to make them fit?
 
Perhaps, I know the older single sided pivot balls are threaded, not likely on the newer version. But that might be a good work around to cut/grind some off so it’ll fit in the new double shear hub. Add a longer screw and locknut to secure.
