The wing mount screws are complete rubbish! I have broken over 4 of them and installed a new screw yesterday, took it out today and it is already bent. Does anyone know of any stronger screws that aren't so brittle?

I use 6/32 they are .030 of an inch bigger in diameter and the thread is deeper so they hold better. You have to be careful not to split the ear on the bulkhead when installing them 3 mm on left and 6/32 on the right

2nd vote for the braces, check this thread for various tweaks on the design - but it really does work

Haven't broken anything wing mount related since I fitted the braces, I use 25mm bolts top and bottom but it will depend on exactly the parts you use.
I have a RPM bumper fitted on rear without the top bar too to protect the braces from direct impacts a bit.

I use 3mm stainless stell threaded rod, you need 100mm length plus the mounting. They do bend but eliminate the breakage. Easy to bend back in place.

How do you screw those in? And do you have a link, I am seeing a lot of different things on the internet.

I used these rods, had to trim back ~ 10mm but they didn't have 100mm in stock.

Using these rod ends, had them laying around.

All you need is balls for the rod ends and screws.

I did secure them into the wing and my tbone rear wheelie bar but they could mount into the rear hingepin as well.

This is how it looked after a real bad landing, only twisted RPM wingmounts but didn't rip them off.
