Im still trying to do a body for my rc. So far looks like that

Is that Bondo over spray foam ? And are you using that for a vacu form mold

Yes. HoLding pretty well. So far. Im working on a second half right now. It would be better if a i had a 3d milling machine, but now i just use 2 laser levels lol.
