Mojave World record Mojave back at it again!! Bout to set that bar real hi!!

Well after a few weeks and then a few more weeks I think we are finally ready!!! Aligned- trimmed and 4 corner leveled- balanced. Rebuild complete and operation(s) confirmed. Ran her up and down the street to confirm. She wants to rip!!!


As y’all may remember the build thread on the worlds fastest Mojave (103mph) and first Mojave to 100 on 6s! And then POW!! Over just like that (93mph) with impact being 440G!!
so here we go again! I plan on hitting it balls deep on 6s and then see what she will top out at on 8s!!

she’s not the same beast as before!! We have a few changes this time out. This time we are on a scorchedRc titanium chassis! Last time was m2c.

this time around we using the scorchedRc Roto-lok motor mount and center diff mount. Last time was PPS mount and diff.

this time I packed front and rear diffs w 250k and running scorchedRc titanium spool w saga 28t and 46t pinion!!!where last time the gp5’s were 75/125 running w the arrma limitless spool 34t and RR 44t pinion!!!

This time out she’s slammed 1/4” off the ground where last time she was 1/2”!

I’m planning on setting the bar stupid hi on 6s and unreachable on 8s!!!

Haven’t really put it to the test yet. Will definitely report back on that

I was gonna start out at stock 10 timing. Castle will adjust on its own anyways. It was way too windy today to give it a go. Hoping tomorrow is calmer.

Oh hell yea! The more the merrier! I’m very interest to see what @jondilly1974 pulls. I think as long as he stays on all 4 wheels he might actually smoke me! LOL. Plus he’s got the perfect location for dem speed hits!! That’s half the battle is keep her planted!! Last time out I hit 103 on 8s and barley was in it. Diffs did not like that 8s power and she was all over the place. Planted on the ground but squirrelly in da ass end.
I’m hoping for anything better than 101 on 6s and 103 or better on 8!

Ill be mounting body on xxl typhon.mojave chassis,xlx2 tp5660.car has ran 140mph with typhon body.senton6 suspension an 1/5 grps.
Work on transformation will start tonight.gotta new mojave body ,an ill start with aero work to body tired of trying to beat 140 an crashing..
I'm ready for something different,an some compation

Remember tho, it’s gotta be a Mojave! Anyone can toss a Mojave body on a felony /infraction /stretched 6s and do 140 or bolt on the front and rear of one LOL. The only thing not Mojave in mine are the f/r diffs. Oh and i did it on 6s

All I know is how hard it was to get her over 80!! Once I was able to keep her on the ground I spent weeks-months in the lab creating this freak show!
I have an infraction too so I know what they’re capable of w very little work. I’m telling y’all this ain’t that! Not even close!!
So we got some fresh meat coming to the show @jondilly1974 !! Since u wanna toss ur hat in @K-BASH let’s have some fun w it. Do it on 6s first. Then see how ur rig holds together on 8;-). Obviously post speeds on both.

100% mojave chassis an body.senton 6s suspension..the diff body an 1/5 grp will all be new to me,never had my mojave over 60ish without going airborne

Idk man, I’ll let @jondilly1974 make the call but we both have Mojave driveline and suspension so I’m not calling it the worlds fastest Mojave if you win hahaha

Only thing different in our setups is motor an u have cappak.ill have a narrower track with s6 suspension in front and typhon in rears..thats cool I just wanna race you guys..ive got alot of work to be ready for even 80mph.
Body not mounted
I've been wanting to try this for a long time.sct bodys are a whole different aero ballgame.sct are not suppose to go 100+mph.
Also wanna see how fast grps can go.not much top speed info out there.
Don't care about any records so it'll be ran this way.senton 6s front, and typhon rears fill wheelwells perfectly.blowovers will be the main issues .88mph then liftoff in senton6. Might build this setup again to try also.

Oooh!! Sits right up in there!! I’ve got mad poke!! That looks cool af! Toss in gp5 diffs if u got em and be sure to rebuild any diff your going to use. Ur about to build a 18-20lb rocket!!
I’d get about 5-6 hits before pins start breaking
