Would you rather... Tire repair

So I'm trying to put together a complete set of tires, and I have to pick the 4th wheel to repair. would you rather fix a tire with the a complete bead, partially ripped from the sidewall, OR one with the sidewall and the bead ripped.

Lastly, for repairing the tire itself, superglue or rubber cement?

I'd try the second pic. Fresh CA (superglue, tireglue) and it should be good to go.
