Yeah I bought one brand new because my old one died when I drove it in snow. Sold it to a guy and he said he got it working by doing a recalibration ?‍

I got this one new but once I drove a Max6 powered xmaxx I couldn’t go back to Traxxas. I’ve upgraded so many things on my xmaxx at this point if I ever sold it I would be losing so much money. It’s a shame because it’s really not that great of a platform when it needs all electronics changed out, gearing upgraded, wheels upgraded, better cooling system etc etc. I always say if Arrma made a TRUE xmaxx competitor (meaning a tall MT that does wheelies and handles like a truck) I would buy that and ditch the Traxxas product in a heartbeat. I’ve shed my collection of almost every Traxxas product. Right now I just have the xmaxx, my infraction, a Schumacher nitro and a Rovan Baja buggy. Life is a lot less stressful lol.
