I run Castle 8mm bullets myself. I like the ease of not needing adapter to run series.

Raz has shown in his videos how to extract the 8mm bullets from the ESC side of the plug to retain the ability to run series or single packs. You also retain anti spark too. You just need a small jumper between packs of running series.

After a lot of research I bought QS8-s anti spark connectors for my Kraton 8s EXB build. I also ordered some liquid flux to prime the connector for soldering. I bought some 8AWG silicone cable which is pre tinned. I wont be putting it together for a couple of months as I want to get my batteries in position first to work out optimum cable lengths and routing.

Highly suggest letting perfection not stand in front of good.
Build your car, run it. You will have all kinds of other improvements and issues before cable routing or wire length is ever a problem.
