Body cracking

Anyone got any tips as to reinforcing the body? Fixing cracks etc... I know about hot glue but anyone ever had better luck with something else?

Shoe Goo or similar and fiber glass dry wall tape. Also had good luck with the black Gorilla tape.

Mine cracked in the same spot, first time it went onto its lid. Black gorilla tape is what I used, been holding great ever since.

dry wall tape works well. I used some of the dry wall tape on the high stress areas, then I used flex seal to cover it all up. Add felt to where the cage area is. That's my setup and it has held up decent.

One thing that really is a must and I never see anyone suggest it, is, you must stop the crack from continuing further before doing anything else. At the end of the crack you need to drill a small hole. This will keep the crack contained. Then you can use any of the above methods to reenforce the area.
