I didn't care for the amp draw when geared for 160mph +. Maybe a better motor geared lower. I don't have the road needed for speed without this motor. Ran great in my XRT.

Motor stayed cool. I've honestly never has a castle 2028 get more than just luke warm.

Can you street bash this motor on 6S...or even 8S? Just asking...I'm interested but I'm not a serious speed runner. I do like power (tons of it...LOL) and speed when I'm on asphalt or on road surfaces. Another question is do you think an MMX8S can handle this motor or is an XLX2 necessary?

Yeah you can street bash with it geared correctly. I'm not sure on the mmx8s I guess it depends on the gearing and truck used in.
