just purchased one of these and noticed from a stop if i pull the trigger full its delayed for a second and cogs and then takes off, is this just the slipper or the punch doing this?

its the pinion / motor combo, If you gear down it will stop happening.

Very normal with stock pinion.

It really depends on how long of a delay were talking about. Stock 15t pinion and it shouldn't be much at all. If you are concerned, post a video so we can check it out.

Yep. Normal. Put a 18t pinion in there and really feel the pain.
