Kraton 6s battery tray fix...

So I know I've seen a good fix on here using captive nuts or something like that but I can't for the life of me find the thread or person who posted it..!! ?

Everybody on here remind me of your ideas and I'm sure I'll recognise it when I see it...??

At the moment I have the two rear screws holes that are stripped in the tray, and I keep using longer and longer screws..?? but I'm at max length now.
