Leave at Default value, and evaluate for yourself.
Depending on the lipo(s) you actually have, the actual cut-off voltage and run time can vary.
With a Lipo Checker in hand, check all the cells Voltages yourself, once LVC engages. 3.4-3.5v/cell (the Lowest cell readings at most ) is a good place to be.
The higher the LVC setting the sooner the ESC will shut off. ( less run time) Technically better for any lipo's longevity in the long term. The lower the setting, the lower the cells will be drained. Too low is bad. Ending up with Cell puffing. Discharging the cells to 0% capacity is quite bad. Down to 30-40% capacity is safe.
This per the manual.
>>>Need to always have a Lipo Cell checker in your RC tool box. The best way to evaluate your lipo's cells. The charger can be used to see the cells' condition, just that you want to check the lipo's cells immediately after LVC cuts. Most accurate way.
