Typhon Motor upgrade Typhon blx 3s

Hello all.

I have an Arrma senton mega with 91/17 spur gear upgraded with a 3660 3800kv brushless motor and it runs fine with 2s
i have too a tamiya tt02 runing 2s lipos

I just bought a 3s typhon blx (get it in 2/3 days ) , i will use it on 1/8 race track (actually i have a kyosho neo 3.0 ve) , but not for competition. It's not a very fast track , so i see that my actual senton runs very pretty compared to 4s buggy.

So i think it'll be better with the typhon and 3s lipo, but I'm wondering if i can upgrade the typhon ,just replacing the motor, to run all my cars, only with 2s lipos ?
Will it stay powerfull with a 3800kv or 4300kv motor and 2s lipo or will it run too hot ? the spur gear is 57/15, maybe with a 57/13 it'll be more sure ?

Is someone here running always this car with 2s ?

2s or 3s is quite common with a BLX Motor and BLX ESC.

hi man I have a typhon 3s and I decided to convert it to 2s I left the stock esc and got a surpass hobby rocket v2 3665 3800kv motor, it is a beast, I can compete. with 4s 1/8 buggies on small, tracks with 14/57 gearing you'll get 35mph top speed but it has plenty of torque and speed
