My limitless speed run build

Hi all, bob here and new to the forum.

Currently building a limitless with 2028 1100kv Castle and XLX2. Qs8 connectors and a cap pack

I'm thinking gearing wise to use 34/24 to get use to the car and having it go straight.

Not looking to break any speed records just yet but would be nice to see about 140mph.

What's everyone else running?

You got any foams or grps? What cell count you starting on?

Starting on 6s with standard dboots.

Just want to get it going etc then I can slowly add on.

Which radio gear would you recommend?

If you want simple the RC6GS v2 is hard to beat.
You will want to swap over to GRP tires more likely.

Id recommend running 80mph first then work up to 100 mph then 120 etc...
Jumping straight to 140 gearing will net a crash in most cases and it hurts the wallet!

Make sure to setup travel limiters in the shocks (we typically use tygon fuel line tubing for that found on Amazon)
