Outcast Outcast 4s diff upgrade

I have two of these: t.ly/8JfC_ diff ring/pinion gears supposedly working for 3/4s cars that I am not using and want to install on a v2.5 4s outcast. Based on the current diff: t.ly/3289m shipping in these cars it looks like it won't fit. Am I being daft?

The link that works, are copies of the cnc gears from Arrma, they are used with a different diff housing then the metal geared diff that are mounted in the car from the factory.

Yes, I just built a 4s spare diff, with the 3s internals.
