Sure everything is possible.just put your mind to it..
I'm not sure about the suspension parts like bulk heads .might be different from the 3s line .but as far as electronics yes you can .plenty of room

The only internals that will be different on the v1 4s models would be the esc and motor, I think. Not sure on the steering servo, but pretty sure everything else is the same between 3s and 4s v1 lines.
