Granite Shock oil weight for old Granite?

Took the old 2wd Granite out to the skate park. Not sure how it happened, but a shock unscrewed the cap and lost all of its oil. Checked the manual and don’t see anything there about oil type. Anyone remember? Also, see as these are plastic shocks, should I upgrade them? And if so, some options would be awesome.

I have tried 55wt and 90wt Associated oil. I would say something in-between. 55wt seemed good for not flying and 90wt is a bit stiff for flight. Going to try 65-70wt next time I'm through the store.
