Skyrc gnss for lap times

So I've been looking at gnss mostly for drag car tuning. Does anyone know if it can do lap times? I'm thinking of my sc truck at the track practicing and set up changes.

I'm pretty sure it can't. Might be able to get creative with it though, by using the distance.

I haven’t bought it yet, still thinking about it. I’d probably buy it direct from the manufacturer.
