First one was swollen

Second battery was shipped with a very low damaging voltage

I don't believe I have ever seen them reply to comments in the threads they start. It is purely an advertisement.

Sir, not replying to the comment does not mean we are not responsible for our customers and batteries, we already contacted them directly by message or email to get the issue resolved as soon as we received the comment! We will not deny this blog is an advertisement, the reason we posted in AF is we want to bring the best deals of our batteries to all friends here, but we do check the posts and comments every day. Thank you for your feedback, I guess we should pay more attention on replying to comments
