@Bartez I'm in Devon. Your the 1st English man ive meet on this site. Thanks for that link. Those shocks from teckno are like 100 pounds a set. Sod that i just went for the springs
 
tekno gear is expensive, I did only refer to the springs. I have stock shocks and they good enough. when its time for an upgrade I would probably buy the Durango range .
I take it you saw both my videos I posted. I just wanted to demonstrate the ability of Low Frequency shocks, they rule when your hammering it on very rocky ground, much more traction, response and less bouncing and bobing which in turn is great for setting up for jumps at speed.
If ya wanted something that would take heavy impacts firmer progressive springs would be a better choice for you. I find progressives suck at gaining corner traction and stability I spend more time correcting the car and loosing speed. The stock springs on Arrma cars are all progressive and a little too soft even with the collar down on the firmest.
The stock cars are asif arrma never intended people for putting heavy 6s power systems in.
