Well its coming along nicely. Took me 1 1/2 just to remove the paper from the acrylic parts... Surprisingly I only found 1 printed part for thi. The rest are injection molded...
@Trickelitrick I heard that 3d printed parts aren't super strong (at least from a printer that any normal person can afford) I wanted to get one to make parts for my racer drones and things of the like. Plus they're neat as hell. @72Z15SS if you run into any programing issues or positioning issues hit me up I repair CNC machines for a living and ran and programmed them for many years before I was a maintenance man. I've done some minor troubleshooting on 3d printers and they program and operate similar to a CNC mill I also have a coworker that is semi-familiar with 3d printers. Hope you have lots of fun and make lots of cool stuff with it.

Thanks Dark! I'm in the same kind of field, as a Machine Mechanic for a Global Manufacturing Company... I don't have experience with these printers but as I was assembling it I realized it isn't any different than the stuff I work on on a daily basis. I work on HUGE manufacturing machines, robotic packaging and palletizing machines (the mechanical end with some electrical troubleshooting & programming) date code printers and image printers that print onto the products we make. So in short, none of this IS really new to me, it's just a different process...

@72Z15SS Sweet who do you work for? Are they hiring? I've got journeyman maintenance mechanic papers and a boatload of automation experience (CNC, PLC, motion control systems, ETC). Pay is usually my downfall when looking for a new job. Companies don't want to pay me the 33+ an hour I tend to ask for. I do want out of my current company but have kind of a sweet deal there. I work by myself on the weekends. I see my boss for 5 minutes on Friday and 6 hours on Monday during overtime and make a fair wage. I know you're not too far from here. Have experience will travel lol
