ARRMA HYBRID - Notorious Talion Outcast

This video is about ARRMA HYBRID - Notorious Talion Outcast
This is the interesting one to me, because of the weight distribution being so different to the Kraton, even if you jacked the ride height up with taller tires (like the Backflips or something), and swapped with X body, you still have something with a similar wheelbase, but will handle differently due to the arrangement of the motor, etc. Plus, is the gearing any different to the Kraton's, if so what is it?

This started off as a Notorious with 12T pinion, same as the Kraton I think. I bumped it to 13. With the V3 Talion chassis the weight is shifted slightly to the rear as you noted. I think its around a 45/55 F/R weight distribution. In this vid I'm running Proline Badland tires for the first time which collectively are about a pound lighter and slightly smaller in diameter than the Backflips. I think I like the Backflips more as it allows more responsiveness to brake/throttle while in the air. I think with a bigger pinion, maybe 14-15T, I could increase the wheel speed to compensate if I planned on keeping the Badlands on. Since this video, I've moved everything over to the new M2C Kraton chassis. Weight distribution is closer to 50/50.
