Gear Mesh Problem

So after going through everything 2-3 times and trying to get a good mesh I finally found the problem. If you screw down your diff case cover too tight it presses hard on the in drive shafts teeth. If you have this problem I hope this heads up tip works for you
That shouldnt happen normally if you have your gasket there. Happened some times for me for these reasons: once there was little piece of soft dirt on the planetary gear that made the gears push too tight once per rotation and another time when i didnt make the o-ring in the bottom fit 100% correct after i shimmed it.

I removed the 0.1mm planetary shims and replaced them all with 0.2mm. The problem wasnt inside the diff cup it was the casing that also holds the ARB, I found when I loosen that the diff mesh was fine. So I figured the problem was the spur locking on the input shaft cog from too much pressure and having minor imperfection.
I see your point, after a run I will get back in there and go over things again.
