Dear Paultro

You were right. Sincerely, rxmonkey.
My motor mount screw on my brand new just unboxed kraton. I put the hex driver tip in a drill and seat it real well then hit the trigger for a quick torque to break them loose. Works for me every time. Except this time I left the drill in forwards and sheared the tip of the hex perfectly in the screw. Hardened spring steel. I couldn’t drill it. Cue the dremel and carbide bit. Hogged it out and then drilled it. Then used an extractor.

@RxMonkey tip for red lock removal,I use a spare Allen wrench an heat it red hot an place it in screw that is locked a few times, eventually heet passes down screw an with cold Allen wrench ( so you don't burn) break lose. Never lost a screw yet.

Thanks for title. Haha I hope that wasn't an M.I.P driver. I ordered a set of 3 that ended up being $33. They don't give them dam things away. Haha

Since I started using the MIP bits, I have not lost a screw. My old drivers would twist and bend, and the edges would round out. The MIP are awesome.
