Strange Click/Clunk Notorious v4 Noise

I had the same thing. I couldn’t find it for the life of me. Same man went through the whole car All three diffs and bearings ? It ended up being two slightly worn teeth on the rear diff main gear.

i think i might just buy new spur gear and new f/r main diff gear, i’ll try and bulletproof these diffs while i’m changing the new gears over.

Diff Shims 13x16x.1 you have to shim this diff case i used 3 1mm tight no clicking noise at all butter
