So the wheels on the vortrks wheelie bar are rubber, not plastic like on the rest of the line. I broke the wheelie bar on my vorteks and was swapping over the wheels to another 3S wheelie bar. I realized the vorteks wheels were different, they had plastic bushings that happened to be the same size as the outer wheel bearing.
So I pulled out the bushings and put in bearings, Using a washer in between the wheel bar and wheel. I can’t believe how smooth they are now. This is great! I’m going to convert over to Vorteks wheels on my other cars I have and and throw in bearings. I’ll just use old bearings that are no longer good on the car itself. Freakin’ cool
